This is a remarkable machine. I'm fasinated with the features it brings, the expansion avaliablity. I have better quality results in both areas.

I had a Janome 9000 and sold it to buy my brother pe 700 because of the bigger embroidery area, big mistake. Janome is one of the best in the market.

I got this machine for Christmas and absolutely love it...I have owned both brother and Artista machines and the Janome is my favorite..I love the way the hoop attaches and the sewing and embroidery are wonderful...

I love my 9700. Janome is not too well known here in Denmark. It sews great and it is so easy to handle. The embrodeiry is really good and so easy to attach the hoop.

I also have a Janome 9700. Its pretty old in the market now I supposed? However, Japan side told me they will not be having any replacement for this model. So i have to buy this. So far, i'm still facing pintucking problems showing around the embroidery (ard fabrics) . I think this is a problem with my hooping issue. Other than that, Janome is very good to use. I heard the parts inside are still the old ones we can find in other machines unlike Brother thats using Fibre Glass?

If your are embroidering on a fabric that contains polyester will almost always get some puckering. Embroidery machines like natural fabrics and good stablizers.

I have this machine..it is a nice machine..it stitches well and it is pretty easy to use too..not as easy as my ULT but so far I am very happy with mine...
